soda carcker pie
Three stiffly beaten egg whites add slowly to egg whites:1 cup sugar, dash salt, 1/2 t. vanilla. Crush 14 soda crackers by hand add 1/2 cup walnuts fold in egg white mixture. Place in pie pan and bake 1/2hr. at 350. Cool cover with whipped cream before serving.
