Swedish Oat Cookies



Half cup butter
One cup sugar
Two cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Two egg whites

Melt butter and mix well with sugar and oats. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake on parchment at 375 until edges are brown. Edges should be lacy and crisp with chewy oat center.
