Spinach
Cheese Quiche Prepare a pie crust (or for a time saver use a frozen pie crust). 1 box frozen spinach 2 cups shredded cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 ½ c milk ¼ tsp salt and pepper Vidalia Onions, Peeled and cut into long, thin strips Put foil around the edges of the pie crust after 20 minutes of baking. Put in ½ of cheese in the egg
spinach and milk mixture, add a little catsup if you desire (1 tsp), spring rest of cheese on the top. Bake 8 minutes at 425, then bake at 350 for 50 Minutes.
