Spinach
Cheese Quiche Prepare a pie crust (or for a time saver use a frozen pie crust). 1 box frozen spinach 2 cups shredded cheese 3 eggs, beaten 1 c milk tsp salt and pepper Vidalia Onions, Peeled and cut into long, thin strips Put foil around the edges of the pie crust after 20 minutes of baking. Put in of cheese in the egg
spinach and milk mixture, add a little catsup if you desire (1 tsp), spring rest of cheese on the top. Bake 8 minutes at 425, then bake at 350 for 50 Minutes.
