TOPPING FOR GINGERBREAD FOAMY SAUCE


1 CUPS MILK 1/2 CUP SUGAR 2 TBLS butter 1 TBLS flour or cornstarch 1 egg separted MIX ALL INDREGIENTS BUT EGG WHITE IN MICROWAVE BOWL COOK FOR 8 MINS. FOLD IN BEATEN EGG WHITE AFTER SAUCE COOKS.
