1st ANNUAL Harvest Craft Fair Benefiting the American Cancer Society Saturday October 17, 2009 9:00am - 3:00pm Fuller School 4 Schoolhouse Road Gloucester, MA 01930 $50 per table +Raffle item *** Save $10 by signing up by August 17th and get a reduced rate of $40 per table Thank you for your interest in our craft festival! Last year our team’s participation in the Relay For Life, Team Re-lei For a Cure was able to donate over $15,929 to the American Cancer Society. This year we are hoping to raise even more as a team. If you need to cancel, please notify us immediately in writing, preferably via e-mail. If you cancel your fee will not be refunded. Space is limited. Therefore, if we are unable to accommodate you, we will reimburse your fee. Item information: 2 Please provide a photograph of your crafts along with a description and price ranges. Photo’s can be emailed to releiforacure@hotmail.com. A website address that has photos of your work can be used instead of emailing pictures. Display: 3 Tables must have a table covering that is floor length on all 3 sides. All boxes and inventory must be stored under your table. You are responsible for your own table coverings.. We will do our best to accommodate table request however please note table assignments will be made on first come, first serve basis. Set Up: 4 Set up time is 7:30-8:50 on Saturday October 17th (NO Early Birds) You must be present and completely set up by 8:55 am as the Fair will open promptly at 9:00 am. Your table must be staffed the entire day. You must stay set up the entire day till the Fair closes at 3:00. Application: 5 Deadline to submit is September 25, 2009. However, due to limited space, applications will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Please send completed application and fee as soon as possible so that any special request or needs can be accommodated. *Rental fee and SASE must accompany application (SASE is only needed if an email address is not provided). Upon acceptance, crafters will receive confirmation via email from Craft Fair Committee. Please make checks out to American Cancer Society
