Sell artwork, homemade beauty products, artisan foods, unique clothing and more in the beautiful surroundings of Purgatory Creek Park. Event includes live music, art activities, food trucks, beer, lawn games and more. Saturday, August 20 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Purgatory Creek Park 13001 Technology Drive Eden Prairie, MN HOW TO APPLY- submissions due June 3, 2022 • Apply online at edenprairie.org/VendorApp • Submit your application and five high-quality images (JPG or PDF) representing artworks or handmade items available for sale at show including a brief description of each piece and price point. • Include payment, payable to the City of Eden Prairie. Single Booth Space = $70; Double Booth Space = $120. Apply for a “first year” booth spot and receive a discounted fee. Limited spots available, selected artists are notified by jury selection date. • No booth fees are charged until selections made and after the listed refund date. EVENT INFORMATION • Outdoor booth spaces are 10’x10’. Artists are required to furnish a tent with canopy. Tents must be free standing with pole weights; staking tents into the ground is not allowed. The tent and all artwork should be exhibited within the booth area. Special accommodations may be made for selected “first year” artists on a case-by-case basis. • Purgatory Creek Park is located at the highly visible intersection of Technology Drive and Prairie Center Drive, across the street from the restaurants of Southwest Station. The park features gardens, a beautiful pavilion, fountain, public art and walking trails. • Dependent on the weather, expected attendance is approximately 1,000 with 35 - 40 booths. Event is held rain or shine; no refunds are issued. Rain back-up location is the South West Station parking ramp, just across Technology Drive, north of the park. • Artists/makers and their representatives must remain at their exhibit area during event hours. When available, volunteers may be used for short relief periods. Smoking is prohibited in Eden Prairie parks. • Artists/makers retain all proceeds from their sales and are responsible for collecting and reporting appropriate taxes. • Valid Minnesota Sales Tax ID certificate must be displayed clearly in the artist’s tent. • The City of Eden Prairie is following the state’s recommendations for COVID-19 as it pertains to gatherings and may adjust event as needed.
