Delicous Recipie for the whole Family

Shepards Pie You will need; - 7 potatoes {reg.} - 2 reg. cans of green beans{french cut} - 1 package of thawed ground beef - 1 cup of shredded cheese - 1/4 of a cup of cream cheese - 1/4 of a cup of milk - 8*8*2 in. pyrex dish Directions; First get a pot and fill it a little over half full and turn a burner on high and the pot of water on it to boil. Peel and slice the 7 potatoes and set aside. Take half the package of thawed groundbeef and put it in a skillet on medium heat to brown/cook. When the water is boiling with big bubbles add the peeled and sliced potatoes in for about 10 minutes or until soft. Turn on the oven to the temperature to 350.F.Once the ground beef is brown turn the burner off and take/drain the grease out and set aside out of the way. Once the potaoes are soft and easy to cut without alot of pressure, drain all of the water into the sink. Put potatoes in a bowl and blend them with a blender. While the potaoes are blending add your milk and creamcheese. Mix till they look like mashed potatoes. Empty the mashed potatoes into the ungreased pryrex dish. Now that the mashed potatoes are on the bottom of the dish, add your cooked groundbeef on top of the mashed potatoes. Open the can of greenbeans and drain the juice out of both cans and spread both cans ontop of the groundbeef. Last but not least sprinkle the shredded cheese on to of the greenbeans. Put the dish in the oven with the food in it for 5 minutes. That would allow the beans to cook and the cheese to melt. After the 5 minutes are up take the dish out of the oven let it cool for 2 minutes. Enjoy. Serves 4 people
