Strawberry Breakfast Salsa


Serve this sweet salsa over pancakes, waffles, french toast or stir into plain yogurt.

1/3 cup apricot jam
3 Tbsp water
1 tsp cinnamon
2 pints strawberries; hulled, cut into 1/4" pieces

Whisk together all ingredients, except strawberries, in a medium size bowl. Add strawberries; gently combine.

Note: Makes 4 servings.
