Stuffed Green Peppers

6 green peppers, preferably garden-grown 1 lb. sweet Italian Sausage 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 T. worcestershire sauce 1/4 t. salt dash tobasco sauce 1 jar (30 oz.) spaghetti sauce 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms (ends and pieces or 4 oz. fresh will also do) 1 c. cooked rice 1 1/2 cup shredded pizza cheese or 3 cheese mixture Directions: Precook halved or cored green peppers in boiling water for 5 minutes. Brown ground beef with onions; drain grease. Mix with remaining ingredients except for cheese and tomatoes. Fill peppers with meat mixture and place in greased pan. Pour tomatoes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Add cheese and bake until melted and hot throughout. the top.
