Little Smokies in a Crockpot
One 16oz. can of Enchilada Sauce
Two packages of Little Smokies Weiners
One small can of Chopped black olives
One large jar of your favorite salsa
One medium chopped onion (optional)
Put all of thee about ingredients into a crockpot and allow to cook on high setting for three to four hours.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
You can reserve the leftover juices and freeze them for the next time you want to make more of these smokies or you can add them to chillie or the sauce can also be used for when you make Enchiladas.
