Blue Mountain BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup prepared Instant Coffee
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

In a medium, non-aluminum saucepan, combine ketchup, coffee, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oil and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
